My biggest motivation within the organisation has always been the opportunity available to learn, develop and progress as much and as far as you want with the only limitation being yourself, something certainly not available in all the industries I had gained experience during the last 10 years.

On giving up a rewarding career as a Sales and Marketing Manager that had taken me 8 years to establish within the steel industry I had to make an effort to understand the direct sales industry. Once I fully comprehended that clients in all business sectors need to continuously increase their customer base I quickly understood the value of the Tuscan Organisation with its unique Human Commercial. It gave me even more confidence to see the organisation expanding globally and I made the decision to fully apply myself to the Business Development Programme.

After only 9 months getting the opportunity to run my own business was unbelievable and with the continuous coaching and support available within the organisation I have been able to develop as a successful business owner and even further to pass on these skills to others with new marketing companies now being opened in Ayr, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. I look back inspired at what has been achieved in a relatively short space of time and look forward with an abundance of enthusiasm and energy at how big the opportunity is to further expand globally.
