At 22 years old, I had just graduated from the University Of Essex having studied an LLB single honours law degree, and was due to complete law school within a few months to train as a barrister. In the mean time I wanted a job to allow me to earn money to assist in paying my student debt off. In my search for a ‘normal’ job, I responded to an advert in a recruitment paper. My impression of the company after the first interview was one of friendliness coupled with ambition. I proceeded to working within the company and thoroughly enjoyed it. In particular I loved the atmosphere, the camaraderie, and the potential to earn as much as I wanted.

When summer drew to a close, I proceeded to begin my training as a barrister at Manchester Metropolitan law school. During this time I carried on working with the Tuscan Organisation part time, therefore working around my studies and exams. This period allowed me gain a better understanding of the company and in particular the Business Development Programme. As a result of this having completed the first stage of my course at the bar, I decided to defer the remainder terms, in order to allow me to put 100% into completing my development and finishing the programme. Within 8 months of making this decision I was promoted to a level of ownership of my own business.

I have now run my business for approximately 3 years and am constantly amazed at my level of development in the organisation. I thoroughly enjoy my day-to-day tasks, which often involve the mentoring, and development of individuals. It is satisfying to watch individuals I coach on a day-to-day basis achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Alongside this, working within the organisation has allowed me embark on achieving other dreams and ambitions in industries such as property, fashion, health and beauty.

The decision I made a few years ago to embark on a career in the direct sales industry with the Tuscan Organisation is definitely a decision that has changed my life for the better forever.
