The thing I really enjoy about The Tuscan Organisation is that it has allowed me the opportunity to develop at my own pace, without being judged against other people but instead on my own merits. The support and guidance I received from my leader in the early days and the care the office owner took over my training helped me make the decision to turn this business into my long term career. It is incredibly satisfying to work with a group of people who are genuinely care about seeing me succeed.

During my time in this business I have definitely developed a strong mentality I now look at things more positively and always try to find solutions instead of focusing on problems. I have also realised that my attitude and approach to situations are the deciding factors in how much success I can create for myself and the people that I work with.

I studied marketing to a postgraduate level and hold a masters degree in marketing, but since coming into this industry I realised that there is a huge difference between marketing theory and marketing practice and I have learnt what marketing really means – the ability to relate to people and convey a clear, concise message. These are the key tools in an effective marketing campaign.
